Plus Approach
Excellence doesn’t cost extra unless you do it twice
What if passive fire compliance were easy and you could confidently get back to delivering building excellence?
Be confident your project will pass any compliance test, cost-effectively with The Plus Approach, the passive fire best practice system from design to handover.
With the growing pressure to achieve passive fire compliance, the Plus Systems team have developed a program to resolve our clients’ issues and create peace of mind. We have streamlined the passive fire process by providing a third-party certification service, ‘The Plus Approach’. We are with you every step of the way to advise, provide ongoing QA, guarantee compliance, and ultimately ensure an effective and smooth handover of your building or project.

“Engaging PLUS Sytems (at the time Plus Passive Fire) to perform a third party review of the fire systems proposed by trade contractors gave TDD peace of mind that the building would achieve total compliance and withstand any future scrutiny. The PLUS team were proactive in their consulting and certifying role and worked in seamlessly with TDD and its trade contractors. We’ll definitely take the same approach next project.
