COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
Due to the nature of our business, it is necessary to obtain personal information to complete purchases. We will only ask for and use your personal information if it is needed to conduct business and communicate with effectively.
All communications, particularly email will be collected when regarding sales, support and accounts so that business can be efficiently conducted.
STORAGE OF COLLECTED INFORMATION
The security of our customers is of great importance, when sensitive information is collected (particularly credit card numbers), is protected. When credit card details are collected, they are only used to process a transaction and are never stored.
We follow industry standards to protect personal information that it is collected, so that our customers’ privacy is protected.

If you purchase products or services from us, we may ask for personal information from you including, your name, email, address and financial information.
We use this information for customer service and billing purposes, or if we have issues when executing your order, we will use the information to contact you.
COMMUNICATION
Plus Passive Fire uses personal information for identification process so that we can better communicate with our customers. We may also use this information for other purposes such as promotional emails. If at any time a customer does not wish to receive these they can contact us via plus@plus.systems

Plus Passive Fire may use third parties to provide essential services for our business processes. We may share your details to a third party if necessary to fulfil a service. Operations under Coronavirus Policy
At this time, Plus Systems will continue as normal and will review our position and implement further precautions as necessary, to protect the health and well being of our team, clients and colleagues.

DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS
We will continue to do everything possible to protect the health, wellbeing and livelihood of our team including the following:
Providing flexible working arrangements so that all of our team are able to work from home and maintain social distancing where necessary
Ensuring our systems are all accessible online and therefore available for team to access any time to avoid any interruption to works
Continuing the ‘Passive Fire Hotline’ as normal with calls to all numbers including 1800 PASSIVE
Responding appropriately to Federal and State/Territory announcements and closing our office completely if required
Conducting meetings by video
Continuing to discuss with all team members the need to take additional precautions and comply with the WHS instructions of the site manager as well as the advice of health professionals
Maintaining enhanced office hygiene and cleaning regimes
TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
Interstate travel is limited across State borders according to Government regulations. Any necessary and legal travel of team will only be in accordance with social distancing rules
Overseas travel will be limited according to Government regulations
OUR SERVICES WILL REMAIN UNINTERRUPTED
Our ‘Passive Fire Hotline’ will continue as normal with call to all numbers including 1800 PASSIVE
Accounts and IT will be continuing as normal
Increased security on our IT systems with two factor authentication will be implemented across all document systems for added precautions
Site inspections are being conducted when possible and arranged to meet client needs
We offer a number of services that can continue to assist clients whilst they may be unable to attend site
Tests confirm that all team members can work remotely simultaneously and without service interruption
OUR QUALITY CONTROL CONTINUES TO MONITOR ALL ASPECTS OF BUSINESS
Each job for our clients continues to have dual team members – a Project Manager and a Technical Co-ordinator - to assist with uninterrupted service and peer review
All works by Project Managers and Technical Co-ordinators is reviewed by our Technical Director
Only a portion of the work we do at Plus Systems revolves around on site works, which enables us to maintain a continuity of work for all team members for an indefinite length of time.
